Edit Tournament, Add Relegation League

Is there somewhere option to edit Tournament?

I have custom league where is two relegation leagues and I finished my first season. Now I made new league and I want to add teams from that League to my Tournament. Is it possible to do that? Or do I need to create new Tournament? If so then how I can disband that first tournament?

Also seems like I cannot add Relegation league anymore in game editor if I press "Add League". There is only Major, Farm or Junior Leagues.

1. Is Tournament editor possible to get? Or atleast way to disband old Tournament? If only way to edit Tournament is add new.
2. Is it possible to add Relegation League option in "Add League" window?
3. Is it possible to Import only team without players while creating Custom Game? Using randomly generated players or no players.
4. Is it possible to edit league finances? There is option to edit team finance but that resets after every season. So it kinda frustrating to edit it to all teams after every season

Hate to bring up an old one here but shame it never got answered but so many of these questions and suggestions are the same as myself.

It would be nice with custom games if you could truly do CUSTOM and be able to deactivate a league, I have a fictional world where I have 4 semi-pro leagues that eventually fold and become 2 pro leagues and start in 1909. But the finances are modern(team budgets at 60 million plus) and no way to edit the finances and make them historically accurate or to deactivate the leagues or Tournaments. I wish with custom leagues we had some of the same control that you do with NHL/NHL Historical editing
