Custom league with real players??
Losing my mind here, because I feel like I might be missing something simple. Please help.
Basically I'm wanting to create a league on OOTP that replicates my fantasy baseball league and sim through just for fun. I need to create a league that is just one sub league, and 12 teams in one division. I can create my custom league, but it is fictional players only. I have figured out how to export and edit with Excel and everything (I think), but can't get real players with my custom league. If someone could guide me on how to do this, that'd be much appreciated! |

My guess is you would need to start with a standard MLB setup, go into commish mode and release all players to the FA pool. Then alter the league setup to be just 1 sub league and 12 teams and move people into the appropriate roster manually.

Yes, there is no "easy" way to do this out of the box, due to licensing issues. But manually it can be done.

I was able to get it done. After quite a bit of manual editing in Excel. Thanks for the help!
