PT Issues

First issue so far:

The 25th Anniversary pack is there but when I go to the Open Packs page, the page in blank. The pack icon in the top right still has a 1 in the corner.

And when do the new Twitch packs get delivered?

Looks like the 25th Anniversary pack will be handed out tomorrow.

I haven't seen any anniversary packs and I pre-ordered the game the first day it was available.
