Able to log into my alt account but not main account

Hi all,

Has anyone had any issue logging into their accounts? I can log into my alt account but not my main account. Thanks.

If accounts are banned or marked for deletion from previous years, they may not be accessible.

Please let us know the account names and we can look into this.
