Launch error

At attempted launch, I receive the following error:

Could not write to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 25\data
($MYCUSTDATA)
Please re-install OOTP. If that doesn't help, start OOTP as user with admin permissions, or install the game to a custom folder. Visit out tech support for more information.

When I hit "OK" the program launches to the login screen; once logged I hit the "Launch Perfect Team" button and receive the following error:

An error occurred while loading the database!
Could not initialize sqlite database!

When I hit "OK" I receive the following error message:

A problem occurred while loading the league files.
Click OK to save the current files in a folder named 'incident" inside your league folder now and let OOTP try to restore your game to the state of the last previous save. Click Cancel to return to the previous screen.

At this point, I hit "Cancel" and then uninstall and reinstall the program. Seems to be working again.
