ootp23 and ootp25

hello, I've got an odd question. when I look at the specs for these they seem the same. when I play 23 all graphics work fine. when I play 24 - no 3d pops up. just curious if I'm missing a difference between the 2.

If you go to Settings (bottom of Start Screen) and go to the 3D & Facegen tab and look at the settings - is there any difference between the 23 and 24 entries?
