PT Plus issue

I have tried to sign up for a month of PT plus but the button in the game doesn't activate anything...and I do have money in my steam wallet

I posted on this as well. A user responded and sent me to a link in these blogs where it says OOTP stopped PT plus for the year. Seems like they should put that on the page where you try to buy stuff. Weird community on OOTP. Seems like an old boys club.
