Emails Reappearing in Online Leagues (and a few others)

We are noticing a few inconsistencies with the game when played in MP, but one commonly brought to our attention as commissioners is that deleted emails keep reappearing for GMs. We have months and months of deleted emails reappearing for each team, and it makes it really difficult to manage it all. It is taking some fun out of the league, for sure, and I share that sentiment.

Is there a way to get this updated in a future patch?

Other issues worth noting:
Players listed as day-to-day seem to stay hurt with 1 day remaining forever. I've had a guy hurt for over a month with 1 day left on the IR, and it was always a day-to-day injury.

It would be nice to have the ability to reimport your own team file from the server, much like we are able to do in OOTP. Similarly, an in-game email system that is actually functional (like OOTP) in which a commissioner can send out an email (or Discord blast?) about the league file being updated.

The email thing is soooo frustrating in online leagues - it always just defaults to the commissioners inbox I think - so you also can't set up mail preferences (I wanted to get info about my org only and couldn't do it).

I don't think the team files currently contain any info about deleted/read mail, so unless the commissioner cleans up each team's mail themselves it never really goes away. This would be great to get fixed...
