NSBL live players and prospects

NSBL recruiting. Real players, Deep Draft, Realistic Financials, OOTP current season simulations.

NSBL has been around for 20 years. We run a simulation of current year projections and model Major League rules as a GM-for life with both current and long arc view for the organization. Actual Players only, salaries are realistic. All players are bid on in an offline bidding process. 60 player rosters, with 7 draft rounds/year we go deeper than a team's top 10 prospects!

Contracts are realistic. Salary cap follows MLB average expenditures, but distributed based on team wins. Details on request. (see roster link below)

This is a mature league and system we've been running for a long time, half the owners have been around over 10 years. 2023 was our first in OOTP, after switching from DMB due to software viability and need for recruiting. We would love to onboard some new GMs with free agency beginning in March -will guide you! OOTP 25 will be required. Feel free to email me or one of our committee leads.
