Facegen Display Issue on Mac

Hi, I'm having some unusual issues with this years game in getting it to display Facegens correctly in several situations on my M1 MacBook Pro.

The Facegen seems to frequently (though not completely) and inconsistently fail to be rendered on screen when in player pop ups, in a game view like webcast, or in certain team screens like the team home page. I'm attaching some screenshots of what this looks like for me as I haven't seen anyone else describe these issues.

I've tried:
-Ensuring the facegens are generated for all players (I can see they have been on the player's page, but it still fails to display in the above listed situations)
-Adjusting the Facegen settings like Facegen detail
-Disabling and reenabling facegen entirely

Do me a favor and see how many files are in the "fg_files" folder. Looking at the screen grab there, see if there is a file called "bieber000sha" or "ramire014jos". If those files are there, go to Jose and Shane's player editor page and go to Picture Functions and "Auto-refresh" (or auto-generate, I forget what it is precisely called) and see if it generates. If it does, go back to the Team page and see if it just not showing there versus anywhere.

Also, is it just this save or if you start a new game and check, do they appear there. Trying to see if it is just that league file or if the fg files are not being seen by any game. thx
