Trade difficulty?
I have the trade difficulty set all the way to hard (keep opposing gms thoughts on though).
Very first trade I made was able to Ken Waldichuk for Zach Gallen. This confused me as I traded a unproven pitcher to get one of the highest rated SP's in the game. I have made several trades thus far, on hardest setting, that seem lopsided for my teams future, junk current players for potential 80 prospects. This so far has been the easiest version for me to make trades, and I have it set to its hardest setting. |

Need a lot more info to evaluate your trade. Also basing a decision on one trade, no matter how it looks, is not a good idea. Sample size does matter.
Here are links to a post I wrote comparing v23 to v24 within the context of my on going game, and some threads that may help you out. My post.. https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...&postcount=207 Threads on trading.. https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...ghlight=trades https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...ghlight=trades https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...ghlight=trades https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=345497 This last link is to the first trade thread for v24 and needs to be taken in that context. IE there was too many trades being made, but an adjustment to trading in the first patch that fixed the issue. You still may find some good information there, just don't want you reading it without knowing there was a patch. Enjoy your reading, hope it helps. |
