Help: Online league "Wrong Path " Error

Our online league is giving GMs a "Wrong Path" error when they try to update the league file in game.

We can export successfully and manually download and extract zip files from the commissioner with no issues but the in-game update is not working. Our commissioner has loads of OOTP online experience and has run our hockey league in FHM9 so he is not a novice. Now we have started a new league in FHM10 and we are on July 1 -first sim of season and immediately getting this error.

We have verified GMs have the exact same file name for the league as the commissioner. Any idea what we should check next to solve this problem?. It is functional downloading the file each sim manually but a real pain the butt for all involved. And you would think if the GMs can export and the export files work properly, we should be able to download and update the file in-game as well.

Below is a screenshot of the error. It flashes quickly the message "downloading league file" at 50% and then a second later goes to Wrong Path error.

Does that one GM have his game installed to a custom path? That's the first thing that comes to mind, I'm wondering if that's not getting processed correctly.

All 5 GMs have the same issue. I am not sure of others but I am using default path. So issue must be on commissioners end I would think, but why can we all export fine. Issue only effects in game download of league file.

Can someone from OOTP please answer this damn question? This is ridiculous that it still doesn't work. It's 2024. OOTP baseball has had seamless online league updating for over a decade.
