Players from minors appearing suddenly on NHL roster

I have noticed that suddenly a few AHL players have been randomly called up to my NHL team putting me at 27 players instead of 23..

It just happened again. I simmed a couple games I go to my roster and 2 players who were on the AHL team were on my NHL roster giving me 25 players. I have all roster moves in the game controlled by me

Had you used AI Setup Organization at any point, or are any of your Team Control settings on Assistant?

AI Organization no. The only settings I have for Assistant Coach are training and scouting

Here is another problem. March 15th the game placed 3 of my starters, one of them a 4 star with 5 star potential, on waivers
