tournament and league logos

Been having this relatively minor, yet annoying issue for a while.
I download awesome mods for tournament logos and league logos. I place them in the respective quick start folders for both current and opening day folders. I start a new standard game. When the league is set up, and I look at the minor league logos, they have reverted back to the generic league and tournament logos; not only in the game I just started, but also in the base quickstart folders.

Not sure if it matters, but I am working on a MacBook Air.

Any thoughts or ideas?

What folder specifically did you put them into?

Franchise Hockey Manager 10 -> Quickstart games -> Current (or Opening Day) -> graphics -> logo leagues (or logo tournaments)

I also play on Mac, you need to put the files into the game folder directly. I recommend creating a "master copy" of the graphics folder once it's done than just replace the graphics folder for the game after it's been created.

yup... That's exactly what I do... Just seems a bit redundant though. Like I said in the post, it's minor but annoying to do each time. Now I'm wondering if it's solely a Mac issue, or is it the normal way the game handles this use case.

Unfortunately this is the default case on Mac and PC - I too have been frustrated by this issue when I first started putting graphics into my saves and tried to figure out ways to save myself time. Also, it can get a bit costly having copies of all of the graphics in your save folders if you have multiple saves going.

I now use Symlink to point to my master graphics folder inside of each individual save, using a small batch file to set it up takes seconds now.

What would be good is if the game could make use of a universal graphics folder like Football Manager does for their graphics and like FHM already does for their Facegen Files. However, I'm assuming that because the FG files get cached again in each individual save, that doing that or something similar with logos would probably make that approach redundant.
