Dev Leagues excluded from leagues.csv

I noticed that all of my winter development leagues are not included in the leagues.csv. The stats and teams are there with links to the ID's but the leagues themselves are excluded from leagues.csv. I have not looked but could be excluded elsewhere too.

We can probably look at adding this functionality in a future version of the game.
