Team options being retained when they aren't suppose to

OOTP 24 has been glitching again when it comes to retainment on salaries with team options. What has been happening is when the team option is picked up the retainment is randomly added to it too. But before it is picked up the game shows it correct and has the team option not being retained. Odd part about it is if you reject the team option the team with the player is on the hook for the full buyout, but if that team accepts the team option then the team who traded the player with retainment is on the hook for the portion of the salary they retained in the previous year(s) before team option.

The OOTP 24 manual states that team options aren't suppose to be retained here (https://ibb.co/2WYPRb4):

"A team option, or any contract after that, will not be included in the retained salary. So, if January 1, you trade a player with two years left on his contract at a salary of $10M per year with a team option after the first year and a $1M buyout, and you retain 25% of the player's salary, then you will have $2.5M applied to your finances for this year, and the other team will now evaluate the option. If they execute the option, then they will have to pay the full $10M the following season - the original team does not have to pay 25% of the option year."

I remember a couple versions ago it worked right but in OOTP 24 and I think OOTP 23 at times, it hasn't been. Weird situation. In the league I help run we have been manually fixing it, but we shouldn't have to do that and it is little tricky to keep track of since it only changes once the option is retained and to double check if that's what happened you have to look at a backup to see what is going on.

Below are screenshots of one example of this happening, but it has happen tons of other times too and in multiple leagues:

Was this for an online league? If you have a league file from just before the option was executed or declined, if you can upload that we can look more. Otherwise we can certainly have a deeper look at it in the future.
