I would like to see tougher manager coaches negotiations.As it stands now if I find a coach who is outstanding or legendary and sign him to manage a AA or Single A team, I can pretty much keep him there for life. I’m not sure if the game has the option to sign coaches still under contract if the new contract would be a promotion. If not I would like to see it included on a minor league to major league level. If an MLB team wants to interview another teams minor league manager for a major league position, no organization would deny them the opportunity.

I had a team swipe my AAA manager as their MLB bench coach so this type of thing does get done by the AI from my experience.
