NCAA Transfer Portal

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting on these forums.

I was just wondering whether the NCAA Transfer Portal function will be changed in the next update. I am finding that it is quite unrealistic in terms of transfer players (a: the number of players transferring) and (b: the high quality of player transferring). The top players don't usually transfer away from their schools unless it is an extremely severe or rare case (ex: Isaac Howard from Minnesota-Duluth to Michigan-State). I just think it's unrealistic that I might have two of my top prospects while I'm an NHL team almost always transfer away from one school to another after my first NHL season. Same applies when I'm playing as an NCAA team.

Is it possible to make the transfer process more strict? Or perhaps the possibility of disabling the transfer portal in a league rules page?

I've been adjusting it through beta and the early updates. In terms of numbers, it's really not too far off the real portal right now. 270 players who were on Division I teams in 22-23 changed teams via the portal this year; the game has a theoretical maximum of 320 but in practice it's always lower than that.

There are a few too many top prospects that enter the porrtal in the game; I've tried a few things to change that but it looks like it hasn't been completely effective, so I'll keep making adjustments.
