If you're managing in a league (currently in QMJHL) and take an international job (Finland u20's) is there a quick and seamless way to switch between the two? I can only figure our accessing Finland from the world menu currently and it still keeps all my QMJHL info on the team etc so it sort of doesn't feel like I'm really 'active' as the Finland coach.

Also, does it just rely on your club scouting to provide you with the scouting accuracy? Seems a bit restrictive if that's the case - Am I missing something with that?

EDIT - also, why don't the games show up on my calendar in the top right? Wasn't sure if I should report that as a bug or not.

EDIT (again) also why does the role rating differ from when I look at the players profile as a QMJHL player versus what I see in the lines for the Finland screen?! This seems strange because I'm assuming it's still giving me the star ratings as if this were all QMJHL as the player in the screenshot matches up on both the national team screen and the QMJHL screen as far as stars go.

Yeah I thought with the World Juniors starting in 6 days it could serve as prime inspiration for people to delve into this aspect of the game. At the moment it's not easy to understand/enjoy it.

Yeah I'd like to see an international overhaul too. It's especially hard to scout your players when you coach a minor hockey nation while also coaching a NHL franchise at the same time, all you see from your national pool is tons of 0.5 stars players, which makes sense with a NHL gauge, but making it difficult to really judge your players without spending a lot of time comparing them directly. It's not a problem when you take a international juggernaut team, but it makes playing the smaller nations very tedious.

Regarding your first question, I usually go to my national team screen via the Manager Home section on the top left of the screen, it's a bit smoother than by using the World menu.
