OOTP 25 Wishlist

1. I think it would be cool if other GMs, players, or agents could reach out to you regarding trades/free agency. For example, a specific team could reach out showing interest in one of your players, and they make different trade offers for that player.
2. Expand Winter Meetings to make it feel like a bigger event. I saw another person suggest that it's like a multi-day period similar to the trade deadline but also with faster free agency responses, and I really like that idea.
3. Add scouts. Maybe something where the scouting director can hire 3 different scouts, and the GM can assign them to different individual players.
4. Team scouting. I don't know if this would make scouting too overpowered, but I think it would be cool if you could send scouts on an assignment to watch a week of a different organization's minor league team.
5. More Frequent/Drastic variations between OSA and Scout's potential ratings of players. A majority of the players I see have similar scouting ratings from both OSA and the team's scouts. I think it would be cool to see players who OSA might think have 1 star potential, but a scout thinks they're around a 4 star potential.
