Please tone down the frequency of media criticisms

It happens way too much. I like to sim in the background while I do other stuff and it's interrupting the sim every other week at times. Alternatively, giving an option to automatically decline to respond would be even better.

At this point I'm editing the team's GM-Relationship to "Outstanding" to try and tone it down even a little bit but it drops back to "Open Warfare" pretty quickly.

Have to agree. It's too common for my liking and at this point I just click on decline to comment and move on.

Is there any benefit agreeing with the media in criticizing a player? Will that player get a boost? Does it only help with media relations? Just wondering..

Does anyone know if it's possible to regain some GM-Media Relationship trust ?

I try to be fair everytime, and losing trust from the media when I defend a player, but never regain trust back when I agree with the criticism, which happened quite a bit because we suck at the moment

I don't really know what people are expecting? Media interaction happens before and after every game IRL.

Maybe an option for your assistant to handle the media? The amount of criticisms is probably low for real life in Vancouver lol

You can imagine how fun it would be if we had to respond to media before & after each game just because it happens in real life... but that wasn't the point of this post. My main issue is that it stops sims, and if it didn't I wouldn't care about this feature one way or the other.

(Also I feel like this feature makes more sense when you play as both GM & coach. When you only play as GM like I do, it feels unnecessary to be nagged so often to respond to media)
