Facegens aren't updating when a player moves teams

Facegens aren't updating when a player (human or CPU controlled) moves teams whether dropping down to AHL or traded/waived to a new NHL team.

I usually just go to the picture dropdown menu and select auto-regenerate picture when players are traded etc.. but yes it would be nice for it, to always regenerate the picture after a transaction has occurred

We had some issues with this before, but weren't able to pin down the exact cause. We'll take another look.
