Perfect Points "Purchase Failed!"

Hello.
I recently tried to buy Perfect Points. As my Steam Wallet normally has a balance of $0, it went through the normal process of adding the funds to my Steam Wallet first. That part worked fine, and the money is now in my Steam Wallet. However, when I went to complete the Perfect Points part, I immediately get a pop-up window that simply says "Purchase failed!".

I have purchased Perfect Points on multiple occasions in the past without issue. I checked all the forums and tried all of the suggested fixes. (Relog, Steam overlay on) but the error still persists.

I'd like to take advantage of the black Friday discount. Thanks!

According to our logs Steam denies the purchase with an error of "Transaction denied due to fraud detection".
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our side.
You need to contact the Steam support so they can enable your account for IAP again.
