Could you please advise if possible what is main factors that player sign with my team and not with other team? (Considering only European Leagues here)

What is taken to account aside of League Value/Contract ?
On what basis works ambition/greed? Higher place last season means more chance to sign a Player?

Taking advantage of the topic, I would like to ask a similar question. When an NHL team puts a player on waivers and I pick him up, the player often leaves for another team. How can I get ahead of another team, why does the player go there and not to me?

Waiver priority is in reverse order of the standings (or, before November 1, in the previous season's standings.) If someone lower than you claims the player, they get him.

If multiple teams claim a player on waivers, the team with the worst record would get that player.

That's a complicated topic, there are a large number of factors interacting with each other. In addition to the ones you mentioned, the player's talent level, recent production, and previous salary also affect his negotiating decisions.

High Ambition means a stronger desire to sign with a winning team, High Greed players will want more money.
