A couple lower league data errors

1. Southern Professional Hockey League rebranded like the ECHL. It is now called SPHL and those letters stand for nothing.

2. Norfolk Admirals are now in the North Division of the ECHL. This happened last season:

Didn't see the SPHL thing. Might leave it for now, it's a little messy to change league name midyear.

Could've sworn I fixed the ECHL alignment, I'll have another look.
