Cannot exit full screen mode on Mac and then crashes
Hi -- I recently bought OOTP 24 (downloaded from OOTP directly) and it will only open in full screen mode on my MacBook Air. When I go to settings in the initial screen after install and try to switch the Display Mode to "windowed" mode, it doesn't stick -- the screen flashes for a second and then it still says "full screen" for display mode. I've closed and restarted OOTP but it still says full screen.
I also cannot manually reduce it to a window by moving my curser to the top of the screen and exiting full screen mode like you can on all Mac apps. The menu bar doesn't drop down from the top of the screen. The only way I can move from OOTP to another application is to hit control-tab, but then when I move back into OOTP, it is a black screen and is crashed.
I've uninstalled the program several times (by dragging the application to the Trash and reinstalled (including downloading a new install file) but the problem persists. I should note that the uninstall doesn't seem complete because even after I do all the above and reinstall, my license was still already entered, and also the change I had made to OOTP light for skin color was still there so it seems it wasn't a complete uninstall but I don't know what else to do.
Thanks for any help! It's unplayable as is.
BTW, I've never had problems with past editions of OOTP on this same Mac: MacBook Air M1 Ventura 13.3.1 (a) (22E772610a)
I know I'm perhaps supposed to upload some other data file to this bug report but I'm not sure what you'd need given that I can't even start a game.
