OOTP stuck in loop when opening "too large" of a report in browser

I think we had this issue in v23(?) or before where OOTP opens a report in your browser because it is too large to be opened in game. This works as intended BUT when I return to the game all menu options are unclickable and the game generates the report again in my browser. I can't find a way to break the loop and the only recourse is to open task manager and "end task" OOTP.

In my case today this is happening with the league wide injury report, but I am guessing it would happen with any report too large to open in game.

This is only a big issue if you happen to have played some games, or done anything for that matter, within your save, went and looked at this report, and then had to end task out of the game, leaving you in an unsaved state and losing anything you did before having to end task.

Fortunately for me I was looking around before playing so didn't lose anything. Hopefully this can be fixed so users don't find themselves in this frustrating position after a long session of playing and have to lose any progress they made.

Thanks.
