How to turn off Shifts on OOTP23

I tried to find it in this forum and via Google, bot cannot find anything. Is there a way to shut off the defensive shift for my league?

Put yourself in Commish mode, go to league setup - "League Settings" - "Stats & AI" Tab. left side near the bottom is an option to ban infield shifts.
