ootp won't run

I have ootp 24 and I installed the latest update. When I went and tried to load it a message came up which prevented me from loading it. I have played it ever since it came out but now I get this message. This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC check with the software publisher. Is there a way to get it back? I have a windows 10 laptop with a 1 TB hard drive. I do have ootp 23 still installed and it works perfectly well. Can you help me get it back?

You can try to re-install the game, to see if that corrects the issues.

Otherwise, you may have to edit the app's permissions, for either compatibility mode or administrative rights. If you still cannot get it to run, I would suggest filing a support ticket and they have more specific information for the issue.
