has this happened to anyone else?

This has happened to me only twice in over 500 games. I play in one-pitch mode. I go to the substitution screen (the latest time for an injury replacement) When I go back to the game it plays in multi-pitch mode. The slider is still set for one-pitch mode. I have to move the slider several times to get back to one-pitch mode. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm on PC, play out all of my games in one pitch mode, and have not seen this.

It's happened to me. Usually just moving the slider back and forth once corrects the issue.
