FaceGen turns Will Benson into Pokemon's MissingNo

Playing on Mac, using the universal FaceGen pack from Lands, I get that weird set of black and grey boxes for a couple players. Lands said he had never seen this before, so I'm posting here to see if anyone else has dealt with this before.

Interesting though is that when I hover over his name, the box is just black rather than that weird MissingNo image.

Lands mentioned that he doesn't have this issue and is using the FaceGen Pack.

It's spreading.

It looks like it's loading a baseball cap template image instead of the facegen image. No idea why.

Not on Mac, but I'd suggest deleting and re-installing the facegen pack if you haven't tried that. Also try looking in the folder and make sure an .fg file exists for the players you're having issues with. Finally check the league>news>html>images>profile_pictures for the player_[player id number].png files.

Also if you go to the editor tab of the player you can lookup some info on the file OOTP is using.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.

I'm like 95% sure that Alexis had a normal picture prior to today, so it feels like something is happening where players have pictures and... then, they don't.

It happened to Ronald Acuna today. I have his facegen file but I'm not sure how to look at it.

It comes and goes, so I don't think it's the file themselves. As (hopefully, someone from the Dev team) you can see, Will Benson is now back to normal in my game.

As I mentioned in the other thread though, if you can post a copy of the trace file from where this is happening, there might be something helpful in there we can take a look at.
