All-time fantasy draft feature?

I just bought OOTP 24 and have been playing around on it for a day. I used to be a big fan of Earl Weaver Baseball and the Tony Larussa Baseball PC games when I was in college.

Does OOTP have an option like those games where you can create a league/game and draft teams from the entire history of baseball?

One team might have a line-up of:

Henderson
Brett
Foxx
Griffey, jr.
Campanella
Wagner
Sandberg
Suzuki
Mordecai Brown

vs.

Shoeless Joe
Lajoie
Gehrig
Schmidt
Mantle
Manny Ramirez
Bresnahan
Ozzie Smith
Greg Maddux

That was one of my favorite features of those previous games, and I was hoping OOTP had that.

If it does, can someone explain the how to?

I bought OOTP 24 yesterday, and I was hoping it had a feature like the old Earl Weaver Baseball and Tony LaRussa baseball games where you could set up a league and hold a fantasy draft and draft any players to your team from the history of the sport.

Does OOTP have such a feature, and if so, can someone help me figure out how to do this?

There is no ready pool of players but you can create a file with all the players you want and import them into an inaugural draft. See the manual under import historical player. Be sure to release and delete all current players in the world before you do the importing.
