No Tech Support Response?

I sent a tech support request and uploaded my league file on the 22nd using the support portal. Don't know who to contact about getting a response on the issue, so I apologize that I am posting here.

Is there a thread or any information outside of the ticket that describes your issue?

The support team will respond when they can, but depending on your issue it may not be easy to investigate and they are a small team with limited time.

I'd recommend putting as much detail you can out there and typically community members will also help if possible.

Probably can't as it is an online league password manager issue. I stupidly changed it and forgot it and need to recover or reset it somehow

Thanks. I changed it to something else because I was handing off the file to someone else while I was on vacation. I then realized I didn't need to change the password because there is the option to give league members limited commish functions. I made it something "simple" which of course I didn't write down and immediately forgot instead of immediately changing it back to the orignal. This is a 3+-year-old online league and I'd hate for it to end simply because I couldn't recover a password.

Can you send a link to the league file in a PM and give us any information you might possibly remember regarding the password?

We might possibly be able to do something here, but we also need to make sure you're legitimately the commish of the league.

Lukas - sent you a DM and an email. I can send you additional files from the settings if needs be and proof that I'm the commissioner in a variety of ways (invite you to the league slack, have you temp join the league online, etc).. Haven't heard back.
