Can't continue after opening a pack

I have pack opening set to instant, but when I opened a pack today, it was glacially slow, like one minute to reveal the pack. At the end of the animation there is a garbage can in the middle obscuring the middle card in the lower tier. I cannot click open my gold card and there is no way to continue to the next pack without closing the game. Closing the game doesn't solve the problem for the next pack.

Pack opening is set to instant and all animations, fireworks etc are turned off.

I lost power while playing the game a few days ago and lots of settings were changed when I logged in again. Today, was the first time I tried to open pack since then.

Have you tried resetting the cache under troubleshooting on the profile page?
Good luck getting everything back in order after that loss of power,

Still having the issue, can someone move this to bug reports. I have one minute video if you would like me to upload it.

FYI escape will generally exit out of the pack opening screen, if you run into situations like this.

If you want to upload the video, it may help us track down in the future. Otherwise, do other pack opening modes work? You might simply need to reinstall the game, or reinstall your graphics driver, and that may fix things.
