Markus, just a thought. When in GM only Career Mode Replays, let the Owner offer an extension. At present an Owner Automatically renews the GM Contract. What if a better job is available. GM's should decide if they accept a Contract renewal, and not the Owner they work for.

A GM can quit at any time and take another job. The procedure is fully functional.

I agree. An option similar to renew other staff contracts should be available.
So
1. you can reject the offer
2. you can sign 1-4 years of extension with a difference in salaries.

It's a bit unrealistic that you stay for the same club for the same salary for 10 years, and if you want a higher salary, you must resign, which results that you can't continue with the same club.

I know that the human manager salary is not important, as no option to invest in anything, but still.
