runs / game makes no sense

I hope you can see the attachment. I did a live start, today's date, played out the season. i then looked at historical sim accuracy for 2023, everything makes sense, league avg is .253, HRs are .034, etc. but, runs/ game is 0.21, down 95% YTY! I don't see anything in any of the other stats that suggest a problem. And, I only simmed from Aug 18 on, so like 1/4 of the season. Is this just a mistake? I glanced thru game stats for Sep, and they all make sense, nothhing suggests there are no runs being scored.

That report is designed for use with historical (not current) seasons.

but once a season is done, doesn't it become 'historical'

The report compares the results of a season replay to the actual historical stats for that season. No actual 2023 season stats exist for comparison, since the 2023 season is still in progress as we speak.

i simmed the rest of 2023, to nov 2023, and then that season isdone

OOTP24 has no historical 2023 stats for the historical accuracy report to use for comparison, since the real 2023 season is still in progress. The actual 2023 season stats will not be added to the database until the 2023 season ends and OOTP25 is released.

The season is over IN THE GAME. That report is for comparing the end of season in-game stats to the end of season IRL stats. Since, IRL, the season is still ongoing, that report will not generate anything until the season ends IRL and the stats are input in OOTP 25.

And to clarify further, the end of season in-game stats for the 2023 season to the end of season IRL stats for the 2023 season. It is used for comparing stats for historical season replays.
