Which Card Should I Buy?

I'm doing a F2P team this year.

I just got promoted to Gold and am currently starting Willie Wells at 3B and Pee Wee Reese at SS. My next lineup upgrade needs to be a SS over Reese. I don't have a ton of PP, but I can probably get around ~100k in the next week or so.

I'm torn between

getting Scott Rolen for 3B (116 Def) and sliding Wells over to SS (97 Def) or
keeping Wells a 3B (105 Def) and buying Robin Yount for SS (100 Def).

I'm leaning towards Rolen to have an overall higher Def and because he has higher power and eye numbers. Yount is significantly better at avoiding Ks and gap power, though. Thoughts?

Rolen rocks at 3B, and I would play him over Yount.
As for SS, 1st question is do you have GB or FB pitchers? The more your pitchers throw grounders, the more that infield D matters.
If you have a bunch of FB or Extreme FB pitchers, I'd still go Rolen, but then would opt for the best offensive SS option (within reason)

Rolen > Yount. Wells is competent at shortstop and won't kill you there.
