Missing card purchased from Card shop

Require Technical support for missing card purchased from Card shop

I purchased Future Legend SP Grayson Rodriguez BAL 2023 but unable to find anywhere on Roster, Inactive or Active or Reserve.

Transaction history reflects a purchase on Mon Aug 7th 04:43pm

ID=anaheim_kb20 Team West Coast Waves B250 League

Tried all the usual things, closed app, checked roster for dsabled, signed off and on

Just not seeing the card anywhere

Have Screen prints,trying to attach

Please disregard

figured out my issue. My bid was not actioned as seller changed the price and my action is still pending with no card at that price

I cancelled the order and PP was returned to my bank
