Max contract length stuck on 10 years?

one of the appealing things I thought about ootp 24 vs previous versions, was max contract length going to 15 years. however, my game still caps it at 10 years.

note: if it makes a difference, I imported the game from ootp 23... thx

There's a league level setting for max contract length. You may need to adjust that manually to have the league allow 15 year contracts.
