Any more and they'll be out multiple days with fatigue, which is OK for a mop-up guy but unacceptable for the guys you want pitching in tight games.

Koufax works in Iron tourneys because he strikes guys out and because the usual lineups are full of low-Avoid-K hitters. I think that there are clearly better choices, though, because you also want someone who isn't vulnerable to the long ball. A 37 homer rating means that guys like Dunn or Kingman or Schimpf are in launch mode if they do avoid that K.
Is it recommended in iron tournament to give relievers a pitch count?

Whose recommendation would you believe? I have only seen Mr. Black recommend a pitch count (along with setting the individual strategy for those pitchers with pitch counts) on Laptophound's recent stream. Personally, except for experimenting with Mr. Black's advice, I never bothered with pitch counts. I think Mr. Black's advice only applies to cap tournaments and I don't assign pitch counts to my bullpen in quick tournaments. However, I will follow Mr. Black's advice in cap tournaments because, well, I won Jerry Reuss in PTCS#3 by doing so.

This is why it is important to have multiple teams going, so you can try different card, strategies, and tournament formats.

Was using Leiter previously for about a month, I had put Koufax in as starter last week for the quick irons and switched him and Leiter over the weekend simply for something different. Probably mess around with the roster again this weekend and drop Koufax.

I wondered about that! I was like…all righty pitchers? Interesting. Lol

I think these iron tournaments are incredibly hard. No win no matter who pick?

What's your lineup and pitching staff look like? Also, what are your strategy settings?

I'd be shocked to learn that the best teams make the iron finals more than 1 time in 5. I think bronze is "easier" where you can at least hope for 20 packs a day with maniacal spamming.

I agree with Bailey about Iron. The number of players make it harder for everyone; even the best players have to fight the RNG's too. I think Bronze is getting tighter too as the year progresses.

Whatever level you play is hard to win. You have to just keep plugging and watching out for those new cards that can change things.
