No Controls for Trade Proposal

Received a trade proposal through email. The email says "You have 14 days to complete or reject the trade. Use the controls below."

What controls? See screenshot.

Is that a custom skin or just the FHM light skin? First thing I'd do is switch it to the standard dark skin and see if that's an issue as I know the light skin used to cause button issues.

That's the classic fhm skin. I switched to the dark skin (good idea!) but I still don't see any buttons (or controls) at the bottom unfortunately.
