HandyEric3 Minors (Double A) Join Date: Aug 2014 Location: Akron, Ohio Posts: 136 Infractions: 0/1 (2)	Beer league questions I'm starting a beer league in OOTP and I have three questions: 1. How do I decrease the quality of players to reflect these guys would not be major league caliber? 2. What is the difference between categorizing the league as Major League or Independent League if it is the ONLY league in the game? 3. I'm able to select the United States: Gulf Coast Region for the league such as the cities selected, how do I make it so that the draft pool is limited to that region as well?
