Add Historical Teams option

I'm not exactly certain this is a bug, it's something I thought had been added in FHM9 but apparently not.
Hopefully it can be added in FHM10.

In historical games, when editing the league to add an expansion team, under the 'structure' window there is an 'Add Hist Team' option.
The list of teams in there only includes NHL franchises. Can PCHA and WHA franchises also be added to this?

There is also an 'Import Hist Team' option which DOES include teams from the other leagues, but I just want to add the teams without importing all the players as well.

An alternative would be to add an option under 'Import Hist Team' to not include any players.

It only allows the addition of NHL franchises that are not currently active in the game. There was a reason for that, although I can't recall what it was. I'll see if it still applies or if we can change that for 10.
