Double Charged

I purchased the bundle of the 175,000 perfect points. I received them but got my credit card statement and OOTP charged me TWICE! I sent what I thought was a ticket to have it addressed and have had nobody return to communicate with me in over 2 days. Really pissed. Anybody know where to go to have it handled directly?

I bought them through Fastspring and my email is cdavis@catholichigh.org
Thanks for your help. That extra charge was very frustrating and my wife almost lost in on me because she thought I spent over $200! lol
