team logos are too large?

What causes this issue, and is there a way to fix it?

That logo is probably too big. Just needs to be resized. Logos that come with the game usually are 150 pixels width and 150 pixels height. But I just found the logo in your screenshot, put it into my game at the 300x300 size, and it seemed to be fine. Not sure why it seems to be bigger in your game.

The one attached here is 300x300. Try using it and see if that makes a difference.

Interesting. I just checked my game and the logo (in the [mygame] > news > html > images > team_logos folder) is 300x300. In addition, there are several other smaller versions that I guess the game creates to use for other various other purposes. And... about half of the logos in the Texas League have this same issue. Same for the Negro League. The PCL is fine... no issues. (I'm in 1921 so I have no other minor leagues yet.)

Finally, the source for all of these logos is the Historical Minor League Jersey Pack found here: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=286018

Try resizing the main logo to 150 x 150... That should solve the problem...

I think I could do that with a jpeg but not sure how to do that with a png. And I'm also wondering about the issue in general, given that it's happening with maybe 40% of my logos so far (I have three minor leagues right now, but as I get into the 1940's, it could be quite an undertaking, having to edit that many logos).

FastStone Photo Resizer program... It's free and you can do as many as you want at one time... I have used it for many years... If you can't do that, zip up all of your logos you want resized and email them to me and I'll do it for you... It really is pretty simple...

Here it is at 150 x 150 pixels png.
I used paint.net... it's free.

Didn't mean to jump in on txranger... just had the time to do it and thought I would help.

Is the logo large on every screen, or just certain ones? Maybe it's something such as the 'game' screens will auto size but html screens won't and you'll end up with biggies such as what you are seeing??

I can't say that I've checked every screen, but it appears to be an issue only on the box score screen, as in my original post above.

What's interesting is that I compared what's in my game's logo folder, Dallas logo (too large) vs Houston (correct size). I found that each team had the following sized logos:

16x16
25x25
40x40
50x50
110x110

However, while Dallas also had a 300x300 logo, Houston did not. So I figured I'd exit the game, delete the Dallas 300x300 logo, and see if it would instead load a smaller logo and the issue would go away. That was not the case.

After deleting the 300x300 logo and re-starting the game, In most places where the logo would display it was blank. This includes the team page, boxscores, and team, league, & player leaderboards. However, the logo still appears on the league standings page.

So, in short, I have no flippin' idea what's going on...

Didn't the 150 x 150 pixel logo correct it?

I remember I had your problem when I had a 300 x 300 pixel logo.
This was in OOTP18, I think.

I think the game automatically resizes a 300 x 300 to 150 x 150 now.

If anyone can figure it out, it's txranger.

Well I thought by removing the 300x300 that it would instead load the existing 150x150. But it did not. So I dunno...

Did you remove the larger logo from both the saved game folder and the logos folder?
