Spotlight Pack problems

I opened a spotlight pack on Friday June 16th and did not receive any of the guaranteed cards. I received only one silver, the rest were bronze and iron, and the silver was not part of any of the guaranteed cards (Lee Maye 79, no missions).

I also opened a ticket on ootp forums and the ticket wasn't answered and is now gone.

Please help with a refund of points or a "fixed pack".

Lee Maye was one of the cards that came in the Topps collection content set day, that was included in Spotlight Pack 3.

Guess I didn't read it closely enough, thought Topps 2 meant Dream Bracket 2. Got a stinker pack looks like.
