Not all leagues are set up the same as far as the number of minor leagues they have, etc.

I use 22 inch monitors so I can fit 9 windows in the Organization screen.
One league I may have it set up as top left is my active roster, middle top is 40 man, top right is AAA
Middle row left is AA, Middle row middle is A, Middle row right is S A
Bottom left is R, Bottom middle is International Complex, Bottom Right is Injured list.

Then, another league doesn't have as many minor leagues, so when I go to that league, it takes away my Bottom left as Rookie league and makes it my active roster.

It gets all screwed up when I switch leagues. You need this screen to save for each league independently!
