Player signs contract that wasn't offered by me or owner- Version 24.5.63

I began a modern day sim as the Tigers during the beta patch of version 24.4.61 on Steam, and I didn't opt out of the beta branch when 24.5.63 was pushed to it.

In the offseason, a player (Josue Panacual) I've never observed or viewed the page of before is signing a big contract on December 7th, even after forcing the program to stop and reloading from the start of the month. Nothing appears in the pending offers tab before then and no messages appear about an interfering owner scenario.

The contract's value is similar to what a free agent (George Kirby) demanded when I looked at the negotiation screen, but I did not offer the contract to either player.

I have made a zip of the save file and followed the FTP instructions; the name of the file I uploaded is HeracrossTigers.zip.

Is it possible you've gone into do not disturb mode, or that you are controlling the team in commissioner mode, but too control of the team through using the 'act as' button?

Those are both times where you won't have full control of the team, the AI will still be able to run things.

I haven't used either of those features in this save file, so I don't think either would apply. I also don't have an assistant GM on the team, nor ever assign them to sign free agents.
I think AZAxle on the official Discord server said there was a line in the upcoming patch related to this issue. I can confirm it still happens after updating to the version 24.5.64 beta, but I imagine that even if the fix is included in the new version that the cause of the issue has already happened while I was on the .63 beta.

In all 3 of my online leagues the game is randomly adding all these random offers to pending offers in the new patch (24.5.64) after installing it. None are offers that were there before installing patch. Most are minor league contract offers, but I've seen some that are minor league w/ major league option, as well as MLB contract offers. None that I have seen are showing they are pending, they just come up as the player rejecting the offer. But it spams the pending offer page. Anyways I wonder if what you are dealing with is similar and causing the problem.
