Colors.xml File Import not respected

I'm attempting to use the Uniforms Colors XML file to have OOTP generate uniforms for me, based on the details specified in _readme.txt

However, I've run into an issue where the design IDs which I select are ignored. This occurs whether I import the file for a specific team, or use the global PLAYERS & TEAM setting to "Import from Colors XML files for all teams and leagues".

Specifically, the import respects the colors that I choose for each team, as well as the colors for caps, jerseys, and pants, but the design ID specified for each part of the uniform is ignored.

For example, I uploaded the attached boston_patriots_new.xml file to my league, expecting to see alternate uniforms added for home and away, with ID option 3 selected for each of ballcaps, jerseys, and pants. This should (I think) correspond to Braid for caps, Double Wide for Jerseys, and Pinstripes for Pants. That's not super important, though -- what I should see is the same exact Cap, Jersey, and Pants design for both uniforms.

Instead, they appear to be somewhat random. It changes if I upload again, even though I'd expect it to remain constant. If I export the file again, I see different IDs from the ones I specified.

If I had to guess, something about the import isn't correctly reading the IDs, and is then generating random designs as specified in the readme file. Perhaps it's expecting an integer but receiving a string, since the XML file only contains integers? That would explain why everything else works

This happens whether I try to add new uniforms or update existing (regular or alternate) ones
