RTS Grinding to halt

I've got an issue when running enhanced RTS in my online league. I've disabled overlay in both Steam and Discord and confirmed it's not a CPU issue on my end.

The situation has happened two nights in a row and is this:
When running RTS on April 5-6, 2023, the simulation starts fine. As it moves forward, it starts getting jumpy around 6 pm on April 5. It improves to start April 6 and then grinds to an absolute halt at the end of April 6. Non-OOTP programs run without issue. Steam shuts down and re-opens without issue. I actually ran Apple Music for awhile last night to see what it did and I didn't have any issues with streaming while OOTP was non-responsive.

To the freezing/crashing thread issues:
1. I shut down, rebooted, and reset my wireless router at home last night prior to running the sim.
2. I was not on the most up to date version of Mac for either run, but I am now.
3. N/A
4. N/A
5. Overlay was unchecked prior to running last night.
6. I don't believe Discord Overlay is on? I am not sure how to confirm that, though.
7. I tried fullscreen last night to no avail.

More info:
1. I'm on a Mac
2. Until this morning I was on 13.3. I am now on 13.4.
3. I'm using Steam.
4. I'm on a MacBook Air A2337. There is no crash report to attach, the game just grinds to a halt and won't respond.
5. I have a 245GB hard drive with 167GB available. My chipset model is Apple M1, GPU, 7 cores.

7. This has only happened in one game thus far. My workplace blocks FTP, but I'm happy to share league files via Google Drive from our league email to the appropriate person(s).

Following up here: I can run auto play without issue. RTS grinds to a standstill whether I am running through StatsPlus Desktop App and Discord or as a standalone RTS run. Again, happy to share league files.

I think getting your league files would be the next step here, so we can see if we can recreate this or not.
